Once a property has been designated as a grow house, to reoccupy the property , following documents and certifications are needed.

1. General Inspection Report From Electrical Safety Authority: Certification that there are no fire and / or shock hazards in the property

2. Indoor Air Quality Investigation Report: Certification that the dwelling is free from any health hazardous mould and the air quality inside the dwelling is fit for general occupancy

3. Home Building And Inspection Report: Certification that the integrity of the structures has not been compromised and there is no deficiency or damage to the structural components. Preferably certified by a Licensed Professional Engineer
